• You are requested to meet the Principal/Manager from time-to-time to know about the performance of your child, taking prior appointment.
• You are expected to attend all the parents-teachers meeting and be present during the declaration of results
• Check your ward’s dairy daily and sign init.
• Send your child regularly to school in neat and clean uniform.
• Avoid taking your children to any minor functions in the family, worship places, picnics etc. during school days.
• You have to reach the school personally to take your child home, in case of emergency, forwarding an application to the principal.
• If you wish discuss with any teacher during school hours, obtain permission from the Principal , first. (permission may or may not be granted, according to the situation).
• Your child will be expelled from the school, If he/she violate school’s rules or misbehave with his/her teachers or management.
• If any damage is caused in the schoolboy your child, knowingly or unknowingly, they must be replaced by you immediately, bearing the cost.
• Irregular attendance; long absence without any notice; absence during exams or repeating the same class for more than 2 times will compel the school to issue T.C. to your ward.
• Books, notebooks, uniform, Tie, belt, shoes and socks have to be purchased as soon as the admission is taken.
• You are requested to pay the fee in lump sum, or in 3 installments on or before the 5th day of the next quarter. i.e By 05 April, 05 August, 05 December.
• If the outstanding dues and the fee for the quarter are not cleared in time, the child may not be allowed to appear in the exam.
